- Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie eine stabile und schnelle Internetverbindung haben. Am besten eine Ethernet Verbindung. Wifi ist auch möglich dauert aber ca. doppelt so lange.

- Schalten Sie die folgenden Dinge auf Ihrem Computer AUS: Energiesparmodus, Bildschirmschoner, Festplatte in den Ruhezustand senden und Schlafmodus.

- Falls Sie ein Problem antreffen bitten wir Sie und per E-Mail Ihr Problem zu schildern damit wir möglichst genau nachvollziehen können was passiert ist und Ihnen helfen können.

Please follow these steps for a smooth download process as your download link only entitles you to 1 download.

- Make sure you have a stable and fast internet connection. Best is an Ethernet connection. Wifi is also possible but takes about twice as long.

- Switch OFF the following  settings on your computer: Energy saver mode, screen saver mode, put hard drive to sleep mode and sleeping mode.
